Ruth H. Trimble

Ruth H. Trimble, age 46, of Allentown, PA passed away on March 31, 2026. Born on July 22, 1979 in Bethlehem, PA, she was the daughter of Walter W. Trimble and Laurel A. Kandianis.

Ruth graduated from Liberty High School (Class of 1997) and Penn State University (Class of 2001). As a young woman, she was full of promise and energy with a rebellious streak and a generous heart. She resided for a short time in New Mexico, after which she returned to the Lehigh Valley to live closer to her family. Ruth bravely managed a debilitating mental illness for much of her adult life and will be remembered for her fierce independence, sharp wit and strong intellect.

She is survived by her father, Walter W. Trimble; her stepfather, Peter W. Kandianis; her sister, Laurel Ann Kandianis; her sister and brother-in-law, Kate Kieres and Bert Kieres; and her niece and nephew, Maggie and Benjamin. She was preceded in death by her mother, Laurel A. Kandianis.
