Stephen Glovacs

Stephen Glovacs, formerly of Bethlehem, died on Tuesday October 24, 2006 at Saucon Valley Manor, Hellertown. He would have turned 90 on November 3rd.

He was born in Bethlehem, the son of the late Frank and Barbara Glovacs.

Stephen is survived by his wife, Margaret Deri Glovacs. They would have celebrated their 68th Anniversary on Nov. 5th.

He retired in 1978 from the Bethlehem Steel Co. after 40 years as the Supervisor of the Carpentry Dept.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his brother Louis Klovacs of Bethlehem, as well as his nieces and nephews

He was a very active member of Notre Dame Catholic Church, Bethlehem and was a member of the MORA Club.

A visitation will be held at Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem on Saturday October 28, 2006 from 9-10:15 AM with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11 AM in the church.
