Susan Horvath

Susan C. Horvath, 81, of Nazareth, passed away on Saturday, June 14, 2025 at Moravian Hall Square.

Born on September 15, 1943, in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Caroline (Svetecz) Horvath.

Susan worked at the Bethlehem Steel for many years, upon retirement she was secretary to the vice president of union relations. After retiring from the steel, she delivered meals on wheels. She was very outgoing, loved watching the news, weather reports and especially loved all of the cats she had throughout her life. Susan also enjoyed reading-she belonged to many book clubs where she met lots of friends and made lasting relationships.

Susan is survived by her two nieces, Marilyn Leshko and Carole Brunnabend; and many friends.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her four brothers, William, Charles, Frank and Joseph; two sisters, Irene and Theresa; one niece and three nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Saviour Cemetery, 2575 Linden St., Bethlehem, PA 18017.
