Susan Mary Issa

Susan (Chester) Issa, 73, passed away peacefully on June 5, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family. Born on July 17, 1952, in Trenton, NJ, Susan was the beloved daughter of the late Alex Chester and Amelia (Widlicki) Chester.

Susan met her husband, Adnan Issa, on a blind date. What began as a chance introduction blossomed into a marriage that lasted 51 years. Together, they built a loving home in Bethlehem, PA and created a lifetime of treasured memories.

For more than 30 years, Susan worked as a pharmacy technician, where she was known for her compassion, professionalism, and willingness to help others. She took pride in her work and touched the lives of many through her care and dedication. While Susan valued her career, her greatest joy was always her family. She was a devoted mother and grandmother, and nothing brought her more happiness than the time she shared with those she loved most.

Susan is survived by her loving husband, Adnan Issa; her children, Amanda (Issa) Borelli and her husband, Frank Borelli, Brian Issa, and Jill (Issa) Moyer and her husband, Chad Moyer; her grandchildren, Aurora and Cayla; her sister, Barbara Cahill of Medford, NJ; and many cherished nieces and nephews.

Anyone who knew Susan knew her love of Christmas. The holiday season filled her heart with joy, and she delighted in everything it represented. Her happiest place in the world was Seaside Park, where she found peace, comfort, and some of her most treasured moments with those she loved.

Susan will be remembered for her warm heart, gentle nature, and unwavering devotion to those she loved. Though she will be deeply missed, her family finds comfort in the countless memories she created and the enduring love she leaves behind.
